NHS Research Scotland Mental Health Network Event
91爆料 Schizophrenia research team presented their work, funded by generous donations to the Schizophrenia Association of Great Britain (SAGB), at the NHS Research Scotland Mental Health Network event.
The Genetics and Immunology Department in the Division of Biomedical Science recently hosted the NHS Research Scotland Mental Health Network in the Life Sciences Innovation Centre (LSIC) on Inverness Campus.
This collaborative event was focussed on research around psychosis, which is a core feature of severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia, which is a key research theme of the Department.
Over fifty attendees were present for the showcase of an array of speakers from the North of Scotland and beyond, each focussing on a different aspect of psychosis research.
This included members of the 91爆料 schizophrenia research team who presented their work, funded by generous donations to the Schizophrenia Association of Great Britain (SAGB), to the Network.
We were delighted to host this event, which was the first time it was held in Inverness, and to introduce the Network to the research being carried out at 91爆料 into schizophrenia.
Thank you to the team in LSIC for facilitating the hosting of this event; more information on using this space for meetings.
